Our Meeting Room Policies

At Motor Hub, we understand that plans can change and have created a these policy to help you understand what happens when you need to cancel or reschedule.

Cancellation Policy

• More than 28 days before the event: No cancellation fee. Any deposits paid will be fully refunded.
• 15 – 28 days before the event: A cancellation fee of 50% of the total booking cost will apply.
• Less than 14 days before the event: A cancellation fee of 100% of the total booking cost will apply.

Rescheduling Policy

• If you wish to reschedule rather than cancel, please contact us at least 14 days before the event. We will do our best to accommodate your new date, subject to availability. No additional charges will apply for rescheduling with sufficient notice.
• Rescheduling requests made less than 7 days before the event will be treated as cancellations and may incur fees as per the above policy.

No-Show Policy

If you do not arrive on the day of your booking and have not provided prior notice, a no-show fee of 100% of the total booking cost will apply.

Cancellation of Additional Services

• Catering and Car Valeting: Cancellations of additional services such as catering and car valeting must be made at least 14 days in advance to avoid charges.
• Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event will incur a fee of 100% of the cost of these services.

Force Majeure

In the event of circumstances beyond our control (e.g., severe weather, power outages, or other emergencies) that prevent us from providing the board room, we will offer a full refund or the opportunity to reschedule at no additional cost.

How to Cancel

To cancel or amend your booking, please contact us by phone or email with your booking reference and details. Cancellations are only confirmed once you have received written acknowledgment from our team.
