What you need to know about hiring meeting rooms at Motor Hub Warwick

What are the available facilities in the board rooms at Motor Hub Warwick?
Our board rooms are equipped with 85-inch TV screens featuring ClickShare technology for seamless presentations, WiFi access, and AV equipment. Tea and coffee are provided for all delegates. Additionally, we offer free parking and an electric car charging station.
 When can I book?
Our board rooms are available for hire Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 6 PM through our online booking platform. For out-of-hours bookings, please contact us directly to discuss availability.
Is parking available at the venue?
Yes, we offer free parking for all delegates, including an electric car charging station.
Is catering available for meetings?
We include tea, coffee and water refreshments within our hire fee. Catering services can be arranged upon request. Please let us know at time of booking if you would like us to book this with our caterer.
Can I request car valeting services during my meeting?
Absolutely! Car valeting is available upon request. Please inform us ahead of time so we can coordinate the service for you.
Is the board room wheelchair accessible?
Unfortunately, our board rooms are located on the first floor and are not wheelchair accessible at this time. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
Can I use my own laptop for presentations?
Certainly! Our 85-inch TV screens with ClickShare technology make it easy to connect your own device for presentations.
How do I book a board room?
To book a board room, please contact us using our online booking calendar here. If your ideal dates and times are not listed, contact us via our online form. Bookings can be made 24 hours before your preferred date and time.
What are the hire fees at Motor Hub Warwick?
For bookings between 8 AM and 6 PM, the cost is £35 per hour. If you need the room for a longer period, we offer a half-day hire (5 hours) for £135 and a full-day hire (10 hours) for £160. Prices inclusive of VAT. If you require different timings or further information, please contact us here.Â
What is the cancellation policy?
- More than 28 days before the event: No cancellation fee. Any deposits paid will be fully refunded.
- 15 – 28 days before the event: A cancellation fee of 50% of the total booking cost will apply.
- Less than 14 days before the event: A cancellation fee of 100% of the total booking cost will apply.

What you need to know about storing your vehicle at Motor Hub Warwick

What types of vehicles do you store?
We love cars of all kinds! We have a lot of classic cars, but also accommodate modern sports cars, hypercars, motorcycles and even vintage commercial vehicles. If you’re unsure, just ask!
Is the storage facility secure?
Absolutely. Our facility is equipped with CCTV, a RedCare monitored alarm systems and controlled access to ensure your vehicle is safe at all times.
Do you offer climate-controlled storage?
Yes, the entire facility is carefully controlled to protect your classic car from humidity and temperature fluctuations, preserving its condition and value. We set the temperature between 18℃ to 20℃ – the ideal temperature to store your car. Much lower than 18℃ and you risk an increase in moisture which will lead to humidity increase. Higher that 20℃ and you increase the risk of heat damage to seals, hoses and paintwork.
By controlling the temperature means we are able to maintain a relative humidity (RH) between 55% – 60%. Less than 55% increases the risk of drying or cracking of paintwork, seals, trims and hoses. Above 60% humidity risks the increase of possible mould and rust. The facility is carpeted which plays a significant role in making sure the humidity stays within an optimum range.
Can I access my car whenever I want?
We offer flexible access by appointment, ensuring you can visit or retrieve your vehicle conveniently while maintaining high security standards. Contact us to discuss your ideal access schedule.
Do you provide maintenance or battery care?
Trickle charging is provided for vehicles using a vehicle appropriate CTEK battery maintenance system. On request, we can arrange maintenance packages that include battery conditioning, tyre pressure checks and regular engine startups to keep your car in peak condition.
Are electric charging points available?
Yes, we have an electric charging point at our facility.
Should I insure my car while it’s in storage?
We recommend keeping your vehicle insured, and we can provide details of specialist insurance providers familiar with stored cars. It is important to inform your insurer of any significant changes to your circumstances.
How do I arrange storage for my vehicle?
It’s simple. Contact us to discuss your needs and we’ll guide you through the process, including transport options if required.
What are your pricing options?
Storage prices start from £40/week for cars and £20/week for motorcycles. We offer flexible pricing based on the type of storage, duration and any additional services you choose. Contact us for a tailored quote.
What happens when I book in storage?Â
When your car arrives at Motor Hub Warwick, we will process it and add it to our system. This includes photographs of interior and exterior, recording mileage, checking tread depth and fluid levels. Your car is then allocated a bay and will be securely stored.
